I’ve spent my career inside the real world of nonprofits where the mission is important, resources are tight, and leadership is rarely simple.

As a nonprofit CEO and executive leader, I’ve worked with hundreds of boards, executives, and community partners. I understand the nuances: the unspoken dynamics in the boardroom, the pressure on the Executive leader, the tension between big vision and limited capacity, and the emotional weight leaders carry when the stakes are high.
